소니코리아 방송장비 부문 B&P 사업부(bp.sony.co.kr)에서는 카메라의 흔들림으로부터 자유로움을 선사하는 프로페셔널 비디오그래퍼를 위한 초소형 팜 사이즈의 고화질 캠코더 HXR-NX30N을 출시한다고 밝혔다.
HXR-NX30N은 새로 개발된 광학식 손떨림 보정 기능인 BOSS(Balanced Optical Steady Shot), 이미지 안정화 시스템(Image Stabilization System)을 탑재하여 영상의 흔들림을 효과적으로 보정하여 핸드헬드 촬영 시 새로운 차원의 이미지 안정성을 제공한다. 소니의 전문가용 캠코더 중에서 최초로 빌트인 프로젝터를 탑재하였을 뿐 아니라 가장 작고 가벼워 최고의 기동성을 확보하였다.
소니코리아 관계자는 “HXR-NX30N은 흔들림 보정 기술이 뛰어나고 다양한 촬영환경을 고려한 고급 기능을 탑재하고 있으면서도 조작이 간편하고 가벼운 핸드헬드(Hand-Held) 제품으로, 다큐멘터리, TV 등의 방송 분야 외에도, 학교나 기관 등에서도 사용하기에 적합한 보급형 제품이다”라고 밝혔다.
기존의 손떨림 보정 기능은 렌즈의 모터 드라이브와 함께 일반적으로 개별 렌즈를 뜨게 하지만, 새로 개발된 광학식 손떨림 보정 기능인 BOSS(Balanced Optical SteadyShot™)는 렌즈부터 이미지 센서까지의 전체 광 블록을 뜨게 만들어 촬영하는 동안 움직임으로 인한 흔들림을 제거한다.
HXR-NX30N은 풀 HD (1920 x 1080) 해상도로 기록하며, 칼자이스 바리오 조나 T 코팅 렌즈(Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* Lens, 35mm 환산시 26.0mm-260mm)를 사용하여 뛰어난 광학 품질, 선명도 및 밝기를 제공한다. 1/2.88 인치 이미지 센서는 소니의 엑스모어 R(Exmor R™) CMOS 기술을 사용하여 뛰어난 저조도 성능을 실현하고 빠른 판독 속도를 지원하며, 노출 및 이미지 처리 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 이미지 왜곡 현상(Rolling Shutter Artifact)을 억제한다. 또한, 1080/60p, 30p, 24p, 60i, 720/60p와 같은 다양한 프레임 레이트를 선택할 수 있다.
AVCHD 레코딩을 지원하며 카드 슬롯을 통해 SD카드 또는 메모리 스틱에 비디오 이미지를 저장할 수 있다. 내장된 96GB 플래시 메모리로 최대 40시간 분량의 HD 비디오를 녹화 및 저장할 수 있다. 내장된 빌트인 프로젝터를 통해 스크린으로부터 5m 거리에서 최대 100인치(대각선 길이) 화면에서 녹화한 이미지를 투사할 수 있어서 촬영 후 신속한 확인이 가능하며 별도로 외부 디스플레이 제품을 구비할 필요가 없다.
HXR-NX30N은 XLR 어댑터와 고품질의 오디오 녹음, 레벨 컨트롤, 리니어 PCM 오디오 녹음, 타임 코드를 지원한다. 또한, 적외선 리모트 컨트롤을 통해 여러 개의 NXCAM 캠코더들의 타임 코드를 재설정할 수 있다.
