TG삼보, 태풍으로 고장 난 PC 무상점검 서비스

삼보컴퓨터 (www.trigem.co.kr 대표이사 직무대행 우명구)는 이번 태풍으로 인해 컴퓨터에 문제가 발생한 고객을 대상으로 무상점검 서비스를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

9월 한 달간 진행되는 이번 행사는 TG삼보 컴퓨터를 보유한 고객 중 태풍으로 인해 피해를 입은 고객을 위한 맞춤 무상서비스 행사로 내방고객에 한하여 진행할 예정이다.

이번 태풍으로 인해 컴퓨터에 문제가 발생한 고객은 전국 80여 개에 달하는 TG삼보 서비스센터를 방문해 서비스를 받으면 된다.

폭우로 인해 컴퓨터가 물에 닿았다면 물기를 제거했다고 하더라도 전원을 바로 켜서는 안 된다. 특히 침수 피해의 경우 부품에 이물질이 들어갔을 확률이 높아 물로 깨끗이 씻어 준 다음 3~4일 간 말려야 함으로 가까운 서비스센터를 찾는 것이 좋다. 대신 플러그를 꽂지 말고 그대로 가져가야 더 큰 고장을 막을 수가 있다.

접수된 제품은 태풍으로 인해 고장 난 부분을 점검하여 사용환경의 안정성을 개선해주며, 하드웨어 문제로 인한 부품 교환이 필요한 경우에는 부품 실비 외의 모든 공임은 무상으로 처리 된다.

삼보컴퓨터 관계자는 “이번 태풍이 국민들에게 씻을 수 없는 상처를 남긴 점에 대해 대단히 안타깝게 생각한다”며 “이번 무상서비스행사를 통해 작게나마 도움이 되었으면 하는 바람"이라고 전했다.
