한국HP(대표 함기호, www.hp.co.kr)는 소셜커머스 업체 쿠팡(www.coupang.com)을 통해 PC 사용이 낯선 중•장년층이 쉽게 쓸 수 있는 최신형 슬림 PC를 오는 23일까지 단독 판매한다고 밝혔다. 이번 ‘HP 부모님 PC 장만 기획전’은 추석을 맞아 부모님 및 소중한 지인에게 전할 선물을 고심하는 이들을 위해 마련됐으며 특별히 3년 무상방문서비스를 제공한다.
이번 기획전을 통해 단독으로 선보이는 HP Pro 4300 슬림 PC는 슬림한 외형을 자랑하는 동시에 높은 안정성과 강력한 내구성을 갖춘 데스크탑이다. 본체 단독 구매 시 50만원 대, LED 백라이트를 내장한 20인치 모니터와 함께 구매 시 70만 원대다.
HP Pro 4300 슬림 PC는 최신 인텔 코어 i3 프로세서, 인텔 HD 그래픽스 2000, 7,200RPM SATA 6Gb/s HDD를 탑재해 엔터테인먼트 및 비즈니스용으로 모두 손색 없는 성능을 자랑한다. 또한 일반 PC의 2분의 1밖에 되지 않는 크기로 공간효율성을 높였고 전력소모도 낮아PC사용이 낯선 초보 유저뿐 아니라 디자인, 성능, 경제성 3박자를 고루 갖춘 데스크탑을 찾는 이에게 최선의 선택이 될 수 있다.
이와 함께 LED 백라이트로 시각적 성능을 높인 모니터뿐 아니라 2GB DDR3 메모리, HP 2100 웹캠을 합리적인 가격에 구매할 수 있다.
한국HP 프린팅 및 퍼스널시스템그룹의 온정호 부사장은 이번 기획전에 대해 “한국HP는 추석을 앞두고 부모님을 위한 추석선물을 고민하는 분들을 위해 높은 성능과 튼튼한 내구성을 자랑하는 데스크탑을 출시하게 됐다.”며 “합리적인 가격할인과 함께 3년 무상서비스를 지원한다는 점에서 부모님뿐 아니라 새 데스크탑을 찾는 모든 연령대에 좋은 선물이 될 것이라 믿는다.”고 밝혔다.
